Bristol Township Fire Marshal believes that the fire was intentionally lit next to Bucks County Carpet Outlet, in Croydon Pennsylvania.
The fire spread up the wall of the building and to the roof, which was ablaze.
A neighbor who was nearby captured video of heavy smoke rising into the sky at night.
Action News also has surveillance video of the suspect arsonist setting fire to a building.
Fire marshals say first responders were on the scene of Cedar Avenue shortly before 2:30 am.

Kevin Dippolito, Fire Marshal said: “He is very lucky.” It may have even been higher, but a fall of at least 12 feet is significant. He also had debris that fell on him from above.
